"Very unresponsive, the customer shouldn’t be the one that has to constantly follow up. Leaving a review after this happened for the second time. I’ve reached out twice in 10 months, and had this experience both times."

"After a payment date change request, Omar did not provide clear instructions on when my car insurance payments would have to be made. Clarity was only provided after my payment was deemed late, 3 weeks after the initial call. I was initially told 2 months of payments will be owed the following month which I planned for but this was not the case."

Our team works hard to provide clear guidance around billing. When a payment due date is adjusted to a later date, it can result in a higher amount due to keep the policy current. Additionally, our billing system provides an estimate of upcoming charges based on timing within the billing cycle, which can vary depending on when payments are made.

"They never answer their phone and if you leave a message it takes days for them to get back to you. Worst customer service ever!"

It looks like you connected with our after hours support and they sent us a message that your policy change request had been submitted. This may have been why you didn't receive a call back. Regardless, we are happy to help resolve this for you.

While we do our best to answer every call, there are times—especially on high-volume days, when wait times can be longer than usual. We are also closed on weekends so that may have added to the wait you experienced. That said, our team is always actively assisting customers and returning messages as quickly as possible.
