Unfortunately our office was not consulted prior to this claim being filed or involved in the decision to file it. When customers contact us before filing a claim, we make it a priority to help them understand their deductible, the extent of the loss, and other considerations so they can make an informed decision about whether it is in their best interest to proceed with a claim.

When you contacted our office today regarding your premium increase, our team member explained the reason for the change and was prepared to review your policy for coverage modifications, available discounts, and other options that could potentially help. Unfortunately, you ended the call before we had an opportunity to complete that review.
